On 25th June 2018, The Financial Times published an interview with Sir Ken Olisa OBE, judging panel Chair for the UK Social Mobility Awards. Interviewed by Sarah Gordon, Sir Ken discussed the importance of companies recruiting, retaining and promoting more people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
